Provides for electrical conductivity or shielding on non-metallic
parts.

corrosion resistance.

for wet or powder coating
- Filling: For filling depressions
or voids in parts where necessary before coating.

What is Powder Coating? Powder
coating is the electro-static application of pigmented or clear
compounds, in finely ground powder form to parts requiring
protective coating. The powder is then cured by heating or
baking, resulting in a hard, durable, continuous coating.
Why Powder Coat? Powder coating
will give your product a superior finish that is tough, durable,
attractive, and economical. Powder coating is environmentally
friendly and EPA approved because there are no volitiles
or thinners and all of the unused powder is recycled. Powder
coating is also cost effective because of it's ease of application
and it provides excellent transfer efficiency.

SERVICES : WET SPRAY
Our 15' x 20' controlled environment paint facility is climate
controlled to meet strict paint application specifications.
Our large capacity 15' x 15' x 60' painting facility can easily
accomodate massive parts or assembled structures or vehicles.
 SERVICES : BLASTING AND STRIPPING
Our largest blasting booth can accomodate parts up to 14'
x 14' x 50'. Beyond standard sand blasting Excell offers baking
soda, glass bead and garnet blasting as well as thermal coating
removal in our 2000° burn-off oven.
